2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, this outlet and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
   
   
3. How to enter: To be eligible to win a stylishly framed copy of your own DNA Art, you must first contribute your individual digital profile to the Coopers 62 Pilsner Profile on this site. Your digital profile is created through answering a series of questions on this site (such as name, age, hair colour, eye colour etc.) - a programmed algorithm will then automatically generate your unique digital profile.
   
   
4. In order to claim your actual DNA Art prize, the winners will need to then provide a DNA sample gathered from a simple swab of your cheek (swab kits will be posted out to winners) or a strand of hair. This is so we can ensure it is your authentic DNA profile that goes into the artwork.
   
   
5. Authentic DNA Art winners will then be selected from the online 62 Pilsner Profile, and any one of authentic DNA Art winners may also appear as a billboard, poster, bar coaster, online banner, newspaper ad or magazine ad or any other media not listed here, in the 62 Pilsner advertising campaign. Meaning you could have your own perfectly individual ad: because at the end of the day this is your Pilsner. But only you know who you are.
   
   
6. To enter customer must enter via website www.coopers62.com.au to win their own DNA Art during the promotion period. There are 22 prizes valued at $300 each and one will be given away every 62 hours.
   
   
7. First draw will be made electronically at 2/11 Sabre Drive, Port Melbourne, VIC 3207 on Wednesday 30th September 2009 at 10am and will take place every 62 hours after that, ending with final draw on Monday 23rd November 2009 at 4pm.
   
   
8. Winners will be published on the website. Publishing will occur on Friday 30th October 2009 and on Friday 27th November 2009.
   
   
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and any entrant who tampers with the entry process is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
   
   
10. There can only be one entry per individual email address
    
    
11. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
    
    
12. During the period commencing 30/9/09 and ending 4pm AEST on 23/11/09 a winner will be drawn every 62 hours during the promotional period to win their DNA Art. The winner will be notified by email after each draw. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winner's prize will be mailed upon confirmation of winner's address.
    
    
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken in cash.
    
    
14. In the event that the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize at their discretion to the same and equal value and/or subject to any written directions from various lottery departments.
    
    
15. The Promoter may conduct further draws at Premium Beverages, Unit 2, 11 Sabre Drive, Port Melbourne, Vic, 3207 as necessary no sooner than three months after the original draw but no later than 25/02/10 in order to distribute the prize if unclaimed by that date, subject however to any written. In the event of a winner, their names will be published in 'The Australian Newspaper' 14 days after the draw, which shall be no later than 10/03/10.
    
    
16. The Promoter collects entrant's personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrant's personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names published as required under relevant lottery legislation.
    
    
17. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency before awarding the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
